Is Itunes.com/billitunes.com lu fraudulent , been charged by them

I ve been charged from my credicard by ITUNES.COM/BILLITUNES.COM LU . I think this is a fraudulent charge because I do not recognize that I ve purchaced something.

Can someone tell me more, or what I can do, or same experience??

Contact the credit card company immediately and tell them that you do not recognize the charge. It looks bogus from your description, but no one here can verify the charge's validity.

Yes, this I understand - for new purchases. However, iTunes is not letting me update any existing apps, even the free ones, because it is saying there is a problem with my bill. I can't even take the old, now dead card out of the system as the "none" box is not available because of the 'billing issue'.

Their support system never replied to my emails about the issue - I had to have my card issuer help me. Even they never got a response from Apple. Now I see how this has been an ongoing issue for many for over 5 years!

If you are getting a message about a problem with a previous purchase then that implies that iTunes thinks that you owe them money (going to your card issuer and getting them to refund a charge will mean that you effectively now owe iTunes) - until that is paid off, or iTunes Support agree that you don't owe them anything, you won't be able to download anything else, including updates to apps (nor will you get the 'none' option)
