I phone would not sync to a new computer if it was sync to another PC before?

So, the only way, I can do this is to get a third party SW that views my iPhone contents and copy (using that third party tool) to my current PC iTunes and then sync my PC to my iPhone

Can any one suggest any third party software

Well, the EASY way is to copy the iTunes library from your old computer to your new one. Or, if you no longer have the old computer, to the most recent backup you made of the old computer.

Other than that the process is possible, but cumbersome: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive
