There's an apple tv in my vacation rental

I am renting a vacation home for the summer and I see there is an apple tv that I can access.

Is there a way to log in to my accounts (apple id, hbo go, netflix) without erasing the owners settings?

Will there be a way to remove my log-ins when I depart so that other renters won't be able to access my accounts when I leave?

If the owners are renting with access to their account that sounds distinctly dodgy in terms of iTunes terms and conditions.

Provided you can access Settings I see no reason why you can't reset to factory settings which will erase their info, let you enter yours, then erase when you leave - up to them then to re-enter their credentials - you won't have broken anything.

AppleTV should also now support multiple iTunes AppleIDs but as I only have one I've never tried it, so don't know if you can selectivey delete additional accounts.
