Well, the question is in the titel. I have been reorganising some files and folders and created a new folder for some files. All fine but then I want to rename the folder and I just get 'error code -8076'. No information can I find anywhere as to what this means or how I resolve it. Please, someone, just tell me what I need to do

If the error occurs on the Startup Disk, try : Repair disk permissions from step 2.
If on another disk, check the " Ignore ownership on this volume" checkbox
Refer: OS X Mountain Lion: If you don’t have permission to use a disk
If you haven't already done so, please log out or restart the computer and try again.
What is error code -8076? Why can't I rename a folder I have just created?
