Hello everyone. I downloaded the Avira app and when I tried to sign into it I saw an error says: "the operation couldn't be completed. (Cocoa error 3840)" does anyone know what it says? Why does it happen? And how can I fix this?

Just in order to make sure, if it works on my friend's iPhone and doesn't work on mine, does it seem to be a problem with the app or with my phone? i can log into all of the other apps (FB, Instagram, etc).

That is a question you need to direct to Avira - email the developer or look at their support site.
Like I said you're using a 3rd party app, which isn't an iphone or Apple issue but issue with the app.
