custom earbuds for new headphones

I have zero luck with keeping earbuds in my ears. I usually have custom ear molds made to go over the earbuds to help with retention. The company I usually go through hasn't made a custom product to fit the new style of iPhone headphones yet.

Anyone know of a company I can go through for custom ear molds for the NEW style headphones that come with the iPhone 5s?
