I tried everything. It just won't pair. When I turn it on, the message pops up what code to type in to pair, than quickly jumps to an error message saying "Pairing Unsuccessful". I don't even get time to input anything. Someone help me here.

So i had the same problem and I looked up the manual on the kensington manual. The double headed arrow in the top right corner: keep it pressed and your ipad will tell you a code. Type it in and press enter!

Was the BT keyboard paired with something else before? BT devices may be only connected to one thing at a time.
