Switch between A1428 to A1429 (iPhone 5)

Hi

I perches my factory unlock iPhone 5 in USA Chicago Appel store, lately my Israeli service provider activate 4G service however I didn't manage to receive the service, After investigation I understood that the issue is that the my iPhone module A1428 doesn't match the Israel network range😟, is there anything (beside buy new iPhone) that I can do to fix that ?
