Can I view Keychain Access secure notes on my iPhone?

Alternatively,

you could use Notes. Notes may be secure on iPhone or iCloud.com but not on Mac unless you use Filevault.

It would be easy if access to things stored in keychain was more straightforeward anyway Instead of having to go to settings.
