I'm having the same issue - my apple ID does not seem to be enabled for iTunes connect. I would like a support personnel to reach out - the links I've seen in this post are not simple links to a contact email or forum, so I would appreciate an email address I can reach and quick response.

Ok I think I have information that will help anyone with the "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect" Issue.

The information I received from support is that there is a queue to get iTunes Connect access. The best thing to do is to call the App support directly and they will be able to check out your account and "enable" it for you.

Here are 2 App support specific numbers you can call:

1-408-974-4897

1-800-633-2152

As another user mentioned - make sure that you are added to the team if you are not the Agent on the account so that when you call you can make the request to have your iTunes Connect enabled. If you are not a Member or Admin on the account the representative will ask to speak with the account Agent.

I was able to get mine enabled during the call. Hope this helps!

I am in exactly the same configuration: "my Apple ID was already added as a member of an iTunes Connect company account when I purchased the subscription to the developer program. The team-agent removed my Apple ID from their member 10 days ago but I still can't connect."

Did you find a way to re-connect?

The developer's service *****, I am not gonna wait 10 days to be able to work again or I want my money back.

This plus the fact that it has been weeks that we cannot create certificate on https://developer.apple.com/ due to JS errors.... I am furious!

Yesturday the persok from Apple Developer Support wrote me anotger email and asked for a screenshot showing the error when trying to sign in to iTunes connect. That was on 1:32pm german time.

I sended her the information but didn't get another answer. At the afternoon i thought let's try again to login and it worked without any problems now so it seems the Apple Developer Support activated the account for me 🙂

I think there is a bug in the website code and because of that the activation links in the email didn't work and they had to manually activate the account.

BUt now i'm satisfied because i can work with iTunes Connect and can start developing the App for the team i was invited to 🙂

So if anyone still has the same problem with error 2002 and the activation email / link doesn't work, do the same and send an Email to Apple Support, they can help you and activate your account if you provide them the right data or if you can validate it's your Account / Team. I simply wrote the email with the email Adress of the iTunes Connect Account that should be activated and inserted the verifikation link in the Message because i didn't know the team id or other details because i got invited to that team.

But as i said i'm now happy with itunes Connect and now i can create and upload the new App to iTunes Connect / Testflight for testing.

Hello,

Im having the same issue as discribed. However Im using the Agents account, and yet I CANT access iTunesConnect. When my firm created the account, they stated that not Apps would be uploaded the iTunes, but now we want to use some of its services, such as TestFlight distribution, and probably publish some Apps too.

What can we do about it? I could not find a way to enable itunes connect for our account.

Thanks

Gonzalo

Hey guys

Old post but there wasn't a soloution I could see on here. Once you have your new ID then you need to open itunes/Apple Music and try to sign in. Once you sign in Apple will take you through a second verifcation process and ask for an address and payment details. Once you have gone through that second process you'll be able to Login to Itunes or Artist Connect

Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect.
