I'm having the same issue - my apple ID does not seem to be enabled for iTunes connect. I would like a support personnel to reach out - the links I've seen in this post are not simple links to a contact email or forum, so I would appreciate an email address I can reach and quick response.

My team agent can't invite me to iTunes connect. Error "The email address you entered already belongs to an iTunes Connect account. To continue, enter a different email address."
I can't login into iTunes connect. "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect.Learn More"

Hello smart design world,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Please see the following link for iTunes Connect support. There is also a link at the bottom to contact the iTunes Connect support as well.

Take care,

Hello isabellabrusati,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
The link is working correctly, but try this other one to contact our developer support.

Take care,
Alex H.
I also had this issue, and here's how I resolved it:
The account I was attempting to login with was a highly privileged member of a team registered with the apple developer program, but the account WASN'T the "team agent", nor part of an iTunes Connect team (see: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Concept ual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Chapters/Overvie… )
So I sent a request to the team agent, who signed in, configured iTunes Connect, and then invited my account to iTunes Connect. After he added my account, I got an email with a validation link. I clicked on the link and was then able to sign in to the iTunes Connect portal.
This probably won't solve all cases, but hopefully it will help someone else!
(Note: I did not have to wait 24 hours as mentioned in an above post)
I have this issue also! I'm trying to use iExplore - a program to download my voice messages - instructing me to connect my iPhone to iTunes. No can do. So I installed iTunes Connect - which gives me Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect (2002) Extremely frustrating!
Got same problem.
I've changed my log in e-mail, activated it through the link sent to my new e-mail and that's it. I can't log in to iTunes Connect, shows me this error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect".
I can log in my Developer account, but not in iTunes Connect.
Also I contacted Apple Developer Program Support through e-mail. They gave me my case number -665965180. But there were no response since, it's already 2 days of silence.
I'm little bit scared, just want to know what I need to do to activate log in to iTunes Connect.
Please help.
Hi,
I have the same problem when I try to login to iTunes Connect I can't and this message show up "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect"
don't no why.
I have individual developer programm and I want to submit my application
I tried to contact apple about this issue but no one answer and no one care.
please do you have any breakthrough with this problem.
This doesn't answer the question.
I am having the same issue. I have an Apple Developer account and when I try to log in to iTunes Connect, it says "You're Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect."
HOW DO WE ENABLE??
@b1rken @lhaugh have you already signed up for the iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program? If you have not then you cannot login to the iTunesconnect account.

SOLVED -
I too had to call the apple support line
they solved it over the phone.
In my case the developers account was missing a phone number - that can't be seen from the signup.
The apple team are very helpful -
just give a call.
took a total of 6 minutes 🙂
this is the list of international numbers

I hope it helps.
Why on earth should I have to be a registered developer to connect my phone iTunes to my mac, this should be plug and play, really bad connectivity, really bad user experience and extremely badly thought out. I cant believe apple are churning this stuff out. Here's the message: Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect. Please sort this asap, I cant even comprehend why it doesn't work, and if you tell me I have to register as some technical admin login, I think you know what you can do with this product.....
Exact same issue here.
I made a request (case number 684713499) 11 days ago.Since I'm still waiting for a reply, I just made another request (case number 690702406).
I guess it's good to note that my Apple ID was already added as a member of an iTunes Connect company account when I purchased the subscription to the developer program. The team-agent removed my Apple ID from their member 10 days ago but I still can't connect.
Did anyone got this problem solved?
