I can't click on more info I need that to download some software.
Can somebody help me with this?

AFAICT, there's no more info option under the Apple menu bar option. Add more details.

Is this in the About This Mac section of the menu? That is where the More Info/System Information button should be.
You don't use that to download software - try the App Store.
