Why can't I click on more info in apple menu

Question

I can't click on more info I need that to download some software.

Can somebody help me with this?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

AFAICT, there's no more info option under the Apple menu bar option. Add more details.

Is this in the About This Mac section of the  menu? That is where the More Info/System Information button should be.

You don't use that to download software - try the App Store.
