iTunes U does not display on my ipod nano

I downloaded 5 audio classes from iTune U. They show up in my iTunes library on my computer and I can listen to them. After synchronizing my iPod Nano, the 5 courses don't show up. There is no App called iTunes U, The classes don't show up as music albums. They do not show up as podcasts. They do not show up under videos. they do not show up under Genres...

How can I get downloaded audio classes to show up in my iPod Nano?
