Can I access my iCloud from someone else's computer?

Lovely, I set up iCloud for the express reason of being able to access my documents from anywhere in the world. Now... when I try to log into iCloud from my other Mac only 2 ft. away I get a blank screen! This is such a great help!!

Any ideas?
