This does not exist on my iPhone

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. When you first set up your device running iOS 5 or later, enter the Apple ID you use for iTunes in the setup screens. It will be used for Store purchases and iCloud.
  2. If you skipped the setup process, enter your Apple ID in Settings > iCloud and Settings > iTunes and App Stores.

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Sorry, I am starting to sound like some of these answers. I meant I do have HOME on all my devices as the calendar of choice. So this answer was in response to your reply below.

iCloud "home"??

If you have "home" literally showing up there where mine says "Calendar", then you would probably need some "home" calendar under iCloud on your iPhone as well.
