'Could not load video'.
Yesterday, I bought a HD movie, it let me watch it all the way through. And today, I wanted to watch it again, but instead of loading, I got a popup saying, 'Could not load video'.

If you are having issues with your iPhone not playing video, you may want to try a few things to troubleshoot.
First, close then relaunch the Videos application. Use these steps to force quit the application -

Next, I would try restarting the iPhone -
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
