Anyone know how to put sky email onto your ipad as I keep getting imap.tools.sky.com password or user name are incorrect, I have checked all that and they are correct but the message still appears.

Delete the account and follow Sky's instructions for setting up email on your iPad.

Have you verified that you're using the right password. Try logging into the Sky web portal using the same credentials.
You can also try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.
Delete the account from your iPhone and start again using those instructions.
I Have tried the sky instructions still does not work.
have tried deleting re installing, deleting re installing still the same message comes up
Not sure what it was but seems to be out now
imap.tools.sky.com keeps coming up
