I have been frequently letting my iPad Air drain until it shuts itself off (0%) before I plug it in and charge until 100%. Does that have a significant impact on my device?

I just discovered something that I had neglected since trying to re-learn to navigate ASC - the Knowledge Base! The JiveWare search is soooo slow that I began using Google site search [ searchTerm(s) site:discussions.apple.com ] - for those unfamiliar = lightning fast - to find stuff here. Forgot that only does the "discussions" subdomain !! Now have a 2nd browser bookmark for [ search site:support.apple.com ]. Thanx for the unintended reminder, amigo.
