How can I find the control key on my ipad mini keyboard?

There is no control key on the iPad's onscreen keyboard

There may be a control key on external keyboards, but as it is, if the Bank's website requires the usage of the control key, then there's simply no way to do that on an standard iPad.

While those replied are correct, no control or command key is present, there is a simple workaround. Select and hold down the menu option until a dropdown submenu box opens. In that menu you should see a "Open in new window". Select this option. You should see the what you're looking for. In most instances you will only have to do this once.
