Lost all progress on Candy Crush

i have the same issue (level 522).

its not related neither to charging nor to iphone.

i've been playing withiut login in to FB. once the lucky spin wheel stopped working, i've logged in with FB account. afterwards i was set back to level 1 no matter what i do (even after logging out from FB)

Same problem here. I am disappointed by this. I never wanted to connect FB to candy crush, but it suddenly got connected as I tapped on the spin wheel icon and I lost it all from level 125 to directly level 1. Hope this problem gets solved as soon as possible.

Same here. I would also like to ask if it is allowed for Candy Crush to make us connect to Facebook and access our accounts to use something that we are supposed to use without needing to connect to FB when it says that the only thing needed to use it is an Internet connection.

On top of all, I lost a purchase I did earlier today for which I have been charged for...

This exact thing happened to me on iPhone 5. I had cleared my cookies and web data several days prior, but candy crush and the free spin wheel remained active until this morning when I got the prompt to connect to Facebook.

Exact same thing happened to me tonight. All day, the bonus wheel told me that my FB connection was lost, but I had never connected to FB. Finally about an hour ago I went ahead to connect it, and immediately went from somewhere in the 350s to 1. And on top of that, The bonus wheel never reappeared! I know that iTunes has a record of all the "Unlock level" purchases as well as the other bonuses I've bought over the past year, but trying to "restore purchases" through the Candy Crush app on my iPhone 5 does nothing. This is so frustrating. I refuse to put in all that money and time again.

I did a restore and got back to the level I was at when I dod the backup. Lost about 23 levels, but thats better than 276!

i had no luck after a restore 😟

i was up to level 401 and now i'm back to level 1

anyone above found a solution??

Restore hasn't helped me either. I'm going through withdrawal... Still can't bring myself to start over. Help Apple!

For what it is worth I want to add my name to the list of users who have suffered the account reset, after being forced to connect to Facebook, because the Daily Spin requested it and now having lost all my Candy Crush progress on my iPad Mini. Only 181 levels but still much more than I'm willing to replay.

Also the map / progress main screen has changed in appearance and now looks stretched and ill fitting. Haven't played a game yet, because despite losing all my progress my lives lost never reset, as if to add insult to injury! But I seriously hope that the GUI in game isn't also warped.

Really hope this issue can be fixed. King wanted us on Facebook, and now they will likely lose us completely!

I idd the update, without result. I have still lost all my levels and i am down to level 1.

Ouch to all... I just had this happen tonight from level 338. Yes, 338. THAT made me say ***...

I got reset from 635! I thought I was done, not back at the beginning. Why to go King

ow, ronfromdenver... that REALLY hurts (not trying to be nasty but thanks for making me feel only half as bad. J)

OK, so why not a wild idea here but maybe, King, you could put out a fix for those of us who have lost so much...? Maybe make an app to embed a file that will at the VERY least restore our accomplishments; after all, the data is what got lost in the first place to reset us. All we have to do is enter the level number we were lost at and presto! We're back and that's that... maybe throw in 10's across the board on the boosters for our troubles and we're good from there??? Of course there would be the cheaters to jump ahead, but c'est la vie... if they had been careful with their release this would not have happened in the first place. It's not hard to code it, it's no better than a sanctioned cheat file anyway.

And LOL, moderator, I never thought I'd see a textronym censored (sorry it was a bit emotional, but wow... I really meant F as in Flyingsaucer!!!)

I HAVE A SOLUTION TO ALL YOU GUYS CANDY CRUSH PROBLEM.....now it may not be the best solution but it is one....this worked for me

Step 1: find someone with candy crush at the same or similar level you were on

Step 2: ask them if they can sync there game with there facebook

Step 3: ask them if you could temporarily use there Facebook login info

Step 4: download candy crush and login with friend Facebook login info

((Now you should be at there level of candy crush on your phone)

Step 5: after ensuring candy crush level, next close game than reopen it, click on setting and LOGOUT of Facebook connection. Candy crush will say are you sure, sync will not continue, click yes.

Step 6: now that you're not connected, simply click play and you will still be at the level you was at when you was connected to your friends Facebook acct. At this point I would sync it again but this time to your account.
