Can't buy a book in iPhoto

Are you ordering from the correct Print products Store?

Check the settings in iPhoto's Preferences panel for the Print Products Store:

Also, reenter (not just check) all billing address details at the Apple Store and enable express checkout: at the AppleStore page http://store.apple.com/us/account/home

• Click the "ViewAccount " link
• And then enable "express checkout", if it is not enabled.
• While you are at it, check your billing address and country settings at the AppStore.

Same problem here. Nothing seems to work.

If all the settings above I mentioned are o.k., and you still cannot order your book, restart your mac in Safe Mode and try to order while in Safe Mode: See this link: Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode

I have the same problem.

When i click on "Cassa" [In italian, maybe is "Buy" button], nothing happens.

Maybe Apple has some issues, not our Mac\Account.

Because we are more that have the same problem, after settings in our Macs, it's probably Apple that has problems😟.

But now I have a new problem: Safari quits as soon as I try to open it!

Have you restarted the mac in normal mode again after trying Safe Mode?

I too have the same problem here in Italy. :-(

I tried rebooting, checking preferences, made sure apple id account was in correct order. It must be something global with the ordering service because another post has the UK store not responding either. I am going to try again this evening and see if its working again. The "Check out" button will not respond so must not be connecting with anything on the other end. Even when I change the number of photos needed (in my case cards) it will not automatically update the cost or the zip code shipping. Had a problem similar to this several months ago and the fix was to change your store to another country or none and then save and then change back to your appropriate store. Not this this time.

Yup same problem here. Apple, please fix this. First time I wanted to create a photo book in years and doesn't work, very bad experience...

If you do the same this issue might get faster attention on Apple's end.

I'm having the same issue here in the States. I've ordered several books in the past. I click Buy Book, the "Your Order" screen appears. I can -

• enter the number of books I want - Price doesn't change
• Enter Zip code - Nothing happens
• Changing Shipping to Express - Price Doesn't Change
• Click on Check Out - Nothing happens.
• Click Cancel - Takes me back to iPhoto.

So much for getting the book in time for our wedding anniversary!

I have exactly the same problem here in Sweden. I enter/change the Zip Code but nothing happens when I click on "Check Out".

Ordered a book one month ago without any problems.

Lots and lots and lots of the same report world wide today - undoubtedly an Apple server issue - only time will cure

You can report to Apple using the contuse us link at the bottom of every page of these forums but I'm sure they know and will resolve as soon as they can
