Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I try to buy a book on iPhoto. When I hit the "buy" button, the letter comes up, where the price is listed and the address is asked.
But from there on, nothing moves. When I type in the postal code, nothing happens, same with other buttons. The only button, that provokes any reaction, is the "cancel" button 😟.
I use iPhoto 9.5.1 on a Mac Book Pro with OS 10.9.4
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)
Same Problem here in Germany!
I am having the same problem too. Once I'm on the Your Order page the quantity won't change or shipping choice. Only the cancel button works. I ordered earlier in the week but tried all of the suggestions and can't order today. It must be an Apple problem.
Because we are more that have the same problem, after settings in our Macs, it's probably Apple that has problems.
Right - it clearly is
Lots and lots and lots of the same report world wide today - undoubtedly an Apple server issue - only time will cure
You can report to Apple using the contact use us link at the bottom of every page of these forums but I'm sure they know and will resolve as soon as they can
