My Iphone 5 wont turn on, so the battery/screen/charger/LEDpanel have been replaced and still it wont turn on. HELP?

My iPhone 5 randomly turned off, so I thought it needed charging. It still didn't turn on which then lead to me replacing the charger. After this didn't work I got the screen, LED panel and battery replaced. The phone still wont turn on😠


So now after paying for all this, it makes me feel like the iPhone was just a waste of money, if anyone has experienced anything similar.. PLEASE HELP?
