My U2 album is not showing up!

We are fellow users, we won't know why it's not in the store, but it will presumably appear at some point

For some reason it was already showing as 'purchased' for me here in the UK store (though I hadn't 'purchased' it), so it showed in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store for me for redownloading.

I see it in the store, and it says purchased, but it is not showing up in my cloud. My guess is that there is a delay due to traffic. We have until the 13th of Oct. to get it...so there's time.

Having the same issue, but my friend got it just fine.

I think there most likely is a rolling launch since it's being pushed to so many people... it hasn't shown up in my library either.

Apple forget one important message: Open iTunes Preferences, click on the Store icon (tab) and make sure "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases" is checked. Once it is checked, the album will show in your Music Library.

my iTunes in the cloud purchases are set to showing. Still no album. Actually none of my purchases in the cloud are showing up.

What country are you in ? Music can't be redownloaded in all countries, so music won't necessarily be available in the cloud for redownloading. Does Music show as a category via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page - and/or does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option download it ?

That worked for me! It wasn't showing up and I checked on that preference and it's working now. Thank you!

My iCloud pref was off (thanks for the tip!) so I turned it on.... but it still doesn't work (even after a quit/relaunch). It shows as purchased on the iTunes store but doesn't show in iTunes itself. Maybe it has yet to 'go active' in the Canadian store?

Ps: to 'romad': the 'view in iTunes' tip didn't work for me either, but thanks for the suggestion.

Go to Music app, and tap on "Store" in top-left corner, or just open iTunes Store app.

In iTunes Store app, tap on "More" at the bottom navigation bar, tap "Purchased" > "Music" > "Various" (or U2) >> and you should see "Songs of Innocence" album listed there. Now tap on Cloud-download icon on the right from title, or on "Download All" button at the top-right corner. Download should start immediately.
