My U2 album is not showing up!

Is there some kind of delay?

Thanks boeing777x, your suggestion helped me out on my iPhone because the ninja trick wasn't working (it just said purchased and no matter what it wouldn't change to allow me to touch it fast).

I logged out of iTunes (settings > iTunes & App Store > touching Apple ID > touching sign out). I then went to the iTunes store while logged out, clicked on the U2 banner (search may have done the same) and selected free (buy). I was then asked to login, I did and it started downloading. Now the album is in my music list. Truly weird.

This version did the trick for me. The key was to launch iTunes on iPad without being logged on. When the downloading starts, the box emerges asking for username and password. After that the album was available.

As previously mentioned, this whole album launch hype was something else than 'it just works', since in reality it just did not work for quite many of us.

Yeah I think I somehow ended up with your purchase this is really strange I was making my shower playlist and that whole U2 album showed up in my music I don't listen to U2. I googled songs I didn't purchase iTunes library or something trying to see how this happened and low and behold the first google result is this and the album I have in mine. I have no idea how this happened.

Not sure if someone mentioned this yet. Mine showed as purchased and not on icloud or music. It wasn't even showing in purchased music either. I went to settings on my phone > Itunes & App store > selected my apple ID and signed out. Then I went back to the itunes app and it was available to "buy". When I selected "buy" it had me enter in my info and it worked. I think when I tried yesterday the store my have been overwhelmed and something didn't go through. All is fine now.

None of the solutions I saw here worked. On iTunes it says "purchased" but doesn't give you the option to download. It didn't show up in my library, like it said it was. The preferences were already set to "Show iTunes in the cloud purchases".

This is what worked for me. On my iPhone, I opened the iTunes app. From there, I clicked More / Purchased / Music / Not on This iPhone / U2

I could finally see the record there.

My U2 album is not showing up!
