Shortcut to Share > Flickr

I am using the most current version of Mavericks, and I frequently share to Flickr. Since they stopped supporting their desktop App years ago, I'm compelled to use the "Share" feature in the pull-down menu is OS X. This is tedious since it involves waiting for two pull-downs to come up.

OS X has a gazillion keyboard shortcuts and I've pored over all of them, including (the seemingly helpful) customized App shortcuts. But I can't find anything, and the Share feature doesn't appear to be considered an "App."

How can I find or create a keyboard shortcut to use the OS X Share feature for Flickr (or the other services)?

This would be really helpful.
