I had reset all setting and now the only black screen with white apple logo is appearing .
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (VZ), iOS 7.1.2
Have you tried a soft-reset to see if that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo will hopefully reappear and it will boot up.

Had rest all setting around 8 Hrs back and now the screen is black with only the white logo of apple. It is stuck that way
