I forgot All Of my iTunes information And i am now locked out of my iphone how can i reboot the whole iPhone 3?

What are you seeing on your phone's screen ? If you can't remember the passcode to unlock the phone of you've disabled it then follow the instructions on this page : iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled.
