How I can remove Tips app from iOS8?
(Know I can't, so an answer like "You just cannot" is not the answer; but I want to. Just add this stupid option!)

If it's a built-in iOS 8 app, then no, you cannot remove/delete it.
Submit your feedback directly to Apple using the appropriate link on the Feedback page:
That would work in case they gave the option to select iOS 8 as the use OS version in the feedback form, but there isn't đ

You can still submit feedback. Pick another iOS option and make your feedback clear in the comments.

If you open up 'Settings' then go to 'Notifications'. There is a list of apps listed under 'Include' these are the apps that can send you push notifications, open 'Tips', and turn 'Allow Notifications' to off.

I was just able to select iOS 8. Try clearing your browser cache.
