After upgrading to iOS 8 on my 5s I noticed that in Notification Center I no longer see the current weather under the date. Is it gone or do I need to toggle something on somewhere in settings?

Nevermind. All day it wasn't showing and then just before I checked and it is there......
Mine is working now too but do you know how to turn it off? I added Yahoo Weather and added it to my notifications. I don't need both
No, sorry I don't. I think the Apple weather is always there and can't be shut off. I have absolutely no idea why it wasn't showing for me all day and then in the evening popped up.
I do not see the weather notification in the notification center, either. It was there earlier today.
I also did not see the weather info in my today view after upgrading to ios 8, so I performed a hard reset (pressing and holding the power and home buttons simultaneously). After my iPhone 5 finished restarting, I checked my today view again and this time the weather information was there.
I also had to do a hard reboot in order to see the weather in notification center after upgrading... if you're still having issues seeing it make sure location services is turned on for the Apple weather app. Weather must have location services enabled in order for it to appear in notification center.
I believe the only way to remove weather from notification center (if you have another weather app) then you will need to turn OFF location services for the Apple weather app... hope this helps.
I've also noticed this yesterday morning. I've tried several resets, checked all my settings, emptied out and readded my Notification Center widgets, and I'm still not seeing the weather. Any setting you think I might have missed?
I noticed this problem too and I have location services turned on. What I did was went to the native Apple Weather app and let the location services find me. It took more than a few seconds longer than normal but once it located my city I closed the app. Then when I dragged down to see the notification center the weather magically appeared.
I've noticed that the weather app, while updated to use weather.com now, can't seem to find my location. It adopted my previous settings prior to the upgrade, but the 'auto-found' location has the wrong city and the wrong time.. I assume that's the data used on the notification Today screen, and as such, can't be displayed.
Once I hard-reset, this was functioning.
Also, if you turn off the TODAY summary, it will turn off the weather as well. For those of you using the Yahoo Widget.
what's the original apple weather app? tried to turn location in both of my weather apps: Yahoo and weather.com. Still don't have my weather back.Thanks!
It's the stock Weather app that is installed with iOS.

Opening the weather app and rebooting my iPhone did it for me.
tried to do it your way, opened app, turned phone off and on again... At first my location didn't show anything, then it showed temperature and somehow magically appeared in my widgets! Thanks!
I also just rebooted and now weather shows up again in notifications panel today summary.
I was having this issue as well. All it took for me was opening the app - no reboot required.
