Locked out of Family Sharing for 364 days

I setup Family Sharing following the directions exactly. It didn't work. So I stopped family sharing, followed the directions and still no success. So, I figured I just did something wrong during setup. So, I repeated the process. When I went to setup family sharing the 3rd time, I received the message that I can not join or create a family sharing account for 364 more days because I am limited to 2 times per year.

Now I can't use the 1 service I was excited about in iOS 8. Apple support says they have no idea how to help me.

Any suggestions?

Yep, Apple finally removed the lock. I was able to put my son in. Good job Apple fixing this quickly. 🙂

Apple now have a fix. I spent some time on the phone with them yesterday and just got an email saying it's fixed. The 365 day limit still applies but at least my family sharing works.

DITTO... I was told that they would get back to me after it was passed on to engineers.

My wife has been able to join the family, but she does not have access to my music...

Woke up this morning and was able to add my wife to Family Sharing. Seems that Apple fixed my wife's account After calling in my issue a couple of days ago.

Worked here, too. I didn't have two devices song had to log in and out from the same device, but it worked. Thank you!

Apple doesn't care about child safety or security. Why are you required to use a credit card instead of a debit card on the account?
