support chat not working

so, it's been 3 weeks that i try to start a support chat for my macbook but every bloody time it tells me that the chat is not working to try again in a few minutes.

my serial has apple care til sep 2016 so it's plenty of time left for me to use the support.

I need to find out why i have 100gb of data in "others" i checked the size of my docs folders and there is a total of 250gb accountable for, this extra 100gb i dont know where it's stored!

does Anyone know what could cause this problem with the chat?

Thanks
