iPhone 5 iOS 8 Bluetooth issues with Audi A1

Apon upgrading to ios8 my iPhone connects to my cars bluetooth car kit(Audi A1 2012) but every time I place a call from my car the call drops from my car and i am only able to speak on my phone. Sometimes as my phone connects to the bluetooth kit my car dials the last number in my call log but in fact its not calling at all it just says it is on my cars display...

Please if anyone is having the same issue or knows what to do

Same issue here with iPhone 5/iOS 8 and a Peugeot RCZ. Music streaming via Bluetooth connection works fine, but incoming and outgoing calls are not possible. Re-pairing didn’t solve the problem. I don’t want to reset all settings or network settings if there is no guarantee that it will work afterwards.

Hope iOS 8.0.1 will fix the problem soon without deleting any wifi passwords etc.

I tried a reset all settings and was VERY excited because it seemed to work at first. Unfortunately, last night, I realized the problem still exists. I'm hoping they fix this in an update soon.

I'm a little worried because the only bugs the media seems to be talking about are related to battery drain, wifi slowness, and Healthkit. While this seems like a BIG problem that must be impacting lots of users, it does not seem to be getting any press attention. Hope it gets fixed.

Similar issues here with iOS 8 on iPhone 5 and 5S. Both fine with iOS 7. Tried in both Audi and Freelander. Various issues including echo for the other end (I think the external speaker is enabled on the phone as well as the bluetooth), answer/reject calls don't work in the audi. In the freelander, will start a call but then revert to the 'network' display in the freelander as if no call is active, as others have mentioned and sometimes just shows 'no signal' in the freelander when the phone shows full signal.

I've tried deleting pairings and resetting settings etc. Initially it seemed to have solved the problems (for a day) but then all have re-appeared since then.

I am having the same problem.

I solved it by using some of advices here, but the problem comes back after some time.

To solve, after it comes back, you have to do a soft reset (Power + Home buttons) and the problem is solved for some time, again.

Then, I have certainly that this is a BUG in the IOS 8 and I would appreciate an answer from an Apple representant in this Support Community.
