iPhone from USA vs. iPhone in Europe (A1586)

Hi,

Is there ANY difference between an iPhone 6 (or any older iPhone...) ("european" model A1586) bought in USA and an iPhone 6 evailable (later) in Poland?

I have a friend that can buy one for me, but I'm still not 100% sure that it will be a safe solution. I heard about LTE or battery issues.

But... maybe that's just another legend?

I was always told this but this is not true.

I bought an iPhone 5 in the US and ran into battery issues twice.

I took it into the Amsterdam branch and they knew it was a US phone straight away. The only thing is they will replace it but will order one from the US for you so you will have to wait a few days rather than having one there and then. Simple like for like.

So you are covered while under your warranty for defects regardless where you are.

Thanks guys,

Let's forget the warrenty for a second.

What about the technical part?

If I go to the Apple Store in New York and buy an iPhone 6 ( model A1586 for Europe, if available) - is this THE SAME iPhone one can buy a month later in Poland etc.??

I'm hearing the same answer all the time - MAY BE.

I want to know: YES or NO 🙂

Buy or not to buy, that is the question.
