No cellular since upgrading iPad 2 to iOS 8

I am unable to connect using cellular data since updating my iPad 2 with iOS 8. I've tried resetting my iPad and resetting the network connections but that has not helped. Any advice would be appreciate. Thank you

I've had no cellular connection (Verizon) since updating to 8.0 versions. None of the posted "simple" solutions worked for me--I didn't try to reset to factory settings, visit to Apple store, etc. Once 8.1 was issued, I installed it the day it came out thinking it certainly would solve the problem. But it did not work. Still no service! 😢

I have spoken with Apple in an attempt to resolve this issue and their Yosemite issues, their position is that Apple is not aware of any issues. I've tried resetting all my settings on my Ipad back to factory, it was just a temp fix, problem with cell connection continued. Reality is as long as customers that are having these issues continue to support Apple and their shares grow why should they care. They are not about customer service, they are about profit.
