Hi,
i tried to report to Apple Suport (SPAIN), they just told me that they do not know anything about a Software Problem
so if i want to fix it i should go to change the home button.
I told them "If i turn back to iOS7 the problem disappears, so it cannot be true what he sais he just canceled the conection".
I like to go to a Apple store but unfortunately i'm far away from the next and you have to reservate in before to get attended..
What i see here principally affected is iPhone 4S (so it looks like they want us to "renew")
I looked hours for a Way to comunicate to Apple but it seems they don't like constumer feedback..it's nearly imposible,
for the chat they want to charge me 35€ (garanty expired...)
I always recomended Apple to everyone because it alsways did well, things are easy, i bought even my mother a iphone.
Now the things changed...it does not care anymore the kind of smartphone or system you use...only the rice is diferent.
LAST CHANCE iOS 8.1...lets hope that also for 4S it does fix it (i don't want to spend more time on reestablishing my phone...)
I would turn back to iOS7, but after instaling i cannot conect to iTunes. Does anyone know if it is posible?
