iphone 6 plus pre-order delivery

I'm confused on how you contacted them? It only gives me the option to start a live chat, but no email.

When I did that, it asked for diagnostic information from my phone and then I was given an option to chat, call or get called back. I don't really understand how should I contact them.

i ordered my 6 plus on the 13th just got home to check my email and it says shipped baby....! lol i cant wait....... lol it says Oct, 6th but then when i check the tracking its says Oct, 2nd 🙂 🙂 🙂 my original dates were Oct,14 - Oct,22 .

I ordered a 6 plus 128gb silver on the 12th about 6:30 am from the Apple Online Store. Originally was to be delivered 10/13-20. Card charged and preparing to ship on 9/25; shipped on 9/26 (although it is sitting in China a little while 🙂) with expected delivery of 10/2. Apple shipping e-mail says expected delivery 10/6. So it looks like about two weeks early...

That's what happened to me. No option to just email, so I chose to call them, but they told me they couldn't do anything.

I preordered my on iPhone 6 plus 128gb on from the AT&T store 09/12/14. I got an estimated shipping date that is 10/31/14 - 11/11/14....yeah. I check my email every time to see if I have gotten a shipping confirmation email. I went into the store and asked them when will I get my shipping email. They gave me the run around. I called customer support. They said that my ordered was backordered.....FREAKING BACKORDERS!!!!!

So it looks like I might have to wait until freaking Halloween to even know when my phone even gets shipped over here.

I, too, ordered my 64GB 6 Plus from the AT&T store on 9/12. My estimated date is set for 11/9-11/2.

I'm also curious to see who louievee contacted. Based on the screenshot, it looks like it was Apple.

.....probably should have ordered directly through them since I'm sure those are going to be the orders filled first.

I ordered from ATT in late afternoon on 9/12 with a ship date of Thanksgiving. I cancelled right away and ordered apple with a 3-4 week ship date of 10/13-10/20. Now I have an email with shipping and delivery set for 10/2. I think that even if you cancelled to day Nightrunner53 and ordered from apple you would get it sooner than ATT. Also, I know placed like Target are getting a few shipped daily, at least the one by me told me that. good luck!

For what this information is worth to anyone waiting, I place my order for the iphone 6 plus 128gb gold on Sept. 12 at 4:30 AM. I keep hearing others on this site bragging about their success story. Thus far today Sept. 28th 8AM in the morning PDST. I have heard absolutely nothing from APPLE. The people are good to listen to you when you call 1-900-MYAPPLE. but they all say they are sorry and can not help. The APPLE online on Sept. 19th, and that they have received an email with their phone in transit. If this is true, I wonder what is going on inside APPLE. I keep watching my email several times daily hoping for that one piece of email with the good news. Good Luck to those who think they know how to get Apple aboard their order processing quicker.

I Had a similar order with at&t on pre order day. I canceled it and re ordered with apple but that order is still processing.

i understand maybe try calling them cause that's what i did and asking them why is it taking so long and the next day i got a preparing for shipment and then it was shipping on it's way already.
