Look me up by email? In iCloud Drive settings

If you go to Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive theres a settin for "Look me up by email".

It mentions being able to search for someone by their email address and seems to allow whoever searches for an email to be able to see your first and last name.

I can't seem to find anything that explains what this means and if it's something thats able to be toggled on and off independantly from iCloud Drive.

Does anyone have any info about this?

Thanks

This is really a disappointing "feature".

I also raised the same question here : How to remove items in "Look me up by email" from iCloud setting ?

There is still no answer. I hope someone from Apple can answer this.

I guess many people is affected, but they just do not notice it.....
