Can't log into iCloud on my iPhone 6

I'm having the same problem on my iPhone 5c. I can log into iCloud through Safari but through my settings it won't work. GAH

Same problem here, I have tried restoring my iPhone 6, logged in and out of iCloud using a wifi connection (iCloud only works when connected to wifi and not my cellular data), tried resetting network settings, even tried some voodoo rituals , burnt sage, did a rain dance, jumped through loops, summoned ancestors, heck I've even asked Jeeves..... oh yes and I've gone through a lengthy process of calling apple customer care..... and guess what...?? still not working.....

C'MON APPPLE HANDLE YOUR SH*T!!!!!

and sometimes it says the iphone is link to different icloud accounts

Same did you find out the problem with it ?
