I'm having the exact same issue.
Same problem here. 64 GB iPhone 6. I've had it since about 3 days and have charged it and used it a lot. No battery usage is listed, it just says "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes". I rebooted phone and still no difference. I have also made sure there are no updates available for any of my apps or OS.
Same issue 24 hour not showing but last 7 days is showing, although that doesn't seem accurate either.
I am letting the battery die before I charge it to see if that helps. I'll post how it went.
I did that already and it didn't work LOL. Also I reset and charged to 100% still not working.
Same exact problem. I have iPhone 5 64GB. It says battery information will be available after a few minutes blah blah. Is it a bug or a what? Do i need to Restore my phone or just w8 for the next update? Any solutions?
Ok, so mine randomly came back...
What I had done so far to change it, was to reboot the device a few times, but then I ran the battery to complete empty where the phone shut off, and from there 100% over night and it worked fine now....
Also, I used a wall charger, not a computer USB, just to clarify.
I am also seeing the same issue - blank "battery usage" page:
Same thing here. Updated to the iPhone 6, restored from a backup of my old iPhone 4s running iOS8, and now the battery usage isn't showing up. Incidentally, on my old iPhone, the battery usage worked fine.

I have the same problem too... I had an Iphone 5 and the battery usage was working well, then bought iphone 6 64gb att, restore in itunes from my latest iphone 5 backup and now battery usage is not showing the percentages by app anymore..... 😟 please fix this...
I had this issue too. Had a 5S with iOS8 and it worked fine but got a 128GB iPhone 6 and restored from the backup and it stopped working, just showing "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes".
I did what deelan suggested and it worked. Drained the battery until it turned off at 0%. Then plugged it in and charged to 100% overnight, the phone turned on whilst charging, I even used it a bit. The next morning the battery usage section started working after I got down to about 97%.
The solution for me (had the same issue iPhone 6 64 GB, space gray) was to completely do a full restore (DFU). Works perfectly!
It didn't work for me... Drainig to 0% then charge to 100% during night, still not showing anything in battery usage...
