I called Apple Support and told them about it- they rep said that we don't get a sim card removal pin with the 6, but all the unboxing videos had the pins in them. Is this true, though?

So You don't get this with your iPhone box? Because I got this with my iPhone 4 box. Maybe they've changed it since then. Either case a paper clip solved my problem 😀 Thanks!

My iphone 6 is an unlocked iPhone (free carrier) and don't came with removal SIM tool.

I hear that you can use a toenail clipping also. Tried it and it works. Just don't remove the SIM card more than ten times a day.

I'll say this: I got SIM Card removal tools in BOTH my iPhone 5 AND my iPhone 6 Boxes. If memory serves, it was in my iPhone 4 box as well.
They come with unlocked iPhones not linked to a carrier.
All handsets come with the pin. It can be found within the booklet, stuck to the white card that in cases it.

Go to Staples and buy a box of standard paperclips. It will contain 100 SIM card keys.
Every iPhone I've ever bought came with the SIM removal tool except for the 6 and 6s. I have purchased both AT&T and unlocked phones. And if you buy paper clips, buy the small ones.
I was skeptical too, and I keep all of my boxes. I had to go back to an iPhone 5s to get a SIM removal tool.
If the units in the videos are unlocked iPhones, or from certain countries, they would have the tool. In the US if they are tied to a cell provider they will not have it.
No sim card removal tool with iphone 6?
