hi I'm to new this discussion site... I wanted to make sure I'm not going crazy but didn't Apple show off at the keynote how you can translate a page through Safari with the bing translate... if so how the **** do you use it or ? for days i've been searching online about it and seems like no one really talks about it... please someone help me with this issue

Apparently, there is no iPhone app. However, you can access it through Safari (Bing Translator). I just tried it and it worked
wwhat exactly do u mean from safari? if u mean to google bing translator and use their website that's not what I mean... I'm talking about the one that's on the bottom where you chose to book mark, the tabs I seen it on a demo Apple showed that u go to a web that's written in a different language then u click the tab on the bottom and it has a icon that says "bing translate/translator" not the bing.com site

yeah that's exactly wha I'm looking for but I can't find it any where I don't even know where to look for it I tried the app store and nothing... can you explain to me how to put it on? thanks
I think MS has not provided it yet.
oh so no wonder why I haven't been able to do it.. I called Apple about it and they had no idea what I was talking about lol so its mircosoft that has to release it to make it possible because I thought it was out already cause Apple was doing a demo on it

Yes, seems Apple has made a lot of announcements for IOS 8 in June such as Bing Translate for Safari in IOS as well as HealthKit. However, just like HealthKit, seems not to be available for the public release of IOS 8. Seems there is no information anywhere about when this feature will be released by either Microsoft or Apple. Very disappointing again on Apple's part to make all the hype then not delivering. Only solution I am aware of is to continue to use Google Chrome which has automatic translation for its app on iPhone and iPad.
oh ok so that's why... no app has been released yet cause I thought it was out already since Apple was using it but I guess not
