Hi, Notification center and control center are not working,some times after a restart they work but street a few minutes they stop, if I try to pull down or up, nothing Heppens. Any suggestions?

Absolutely having the same problem! I noticed the same thing too, if you restart the phone then you're fine for a few minutes. After that all bets are off.
Did you had the ios 8 beta on your phone before, or restored your backup from a phone that had the beta?
No, I have iOS 7 previously and installed iOS 8 on launch day. I've never had beta on this phone.
OK, good to know cause I had the betas and I was thinking it could be related to that. Let see how many more people have the same issue and if someone will came up with some lulus of solution other than restore as a new phone.
Just found a solution for the issue . go to settings,general,reset, reset all settings. NO NEED TO SETUP NEW PHONE.

Restart worked for me, we'll see for how long...
Having the exact same issue since I "upgraded" to ios8. After a restart both menus seem to work fine for a few minutes then nothing. It seems like the entire screen is unresponsive at times, I find myself tapping apps three or four times before they actually open up and the keyboard seems a little laggy as well. The Setting reset didn't work for me either. Hopefully apple comes up with a bug fix for this asap.
Thats the only issue that I have so far, feels like after 5 or 10 minutes after the restart it stop working, than 5 minutes without using the iphone it works fine, very strange.
tthis is happening to me too. Both the bottom and the top sliders. I've tried lots of stuff to no avail. Apple please fix!!!
Sorry to say that, but I'm happy not to be the only one, this way will see the issue and probably solved.
I turned off ZOOM and it works fine for me now.
