IF I RESET MY IPHONE WILL I LOSE MY NOTES?

If I reset my iPhone5 will I lose all of my notes although it is linked up to my iPad and email?

Apple defines a "reset" as holding down the home button and on/off switch until the Apple logo appears. "Erase all content and settings" is NOT a reset, and erasing all content and settings will DEFINITELY wipe all the data off your phone.

Thank you, cause i was told to "Erase all content and settings" and i am afraid that i will lose my notes.

Resetting the iPhone causes no data loss. It's the functional equivalent of rebooting a computer.
