I was having this problem as well. The only solution I could find on google search was the following: 1) backup iphone 2) Settings->General->Reset->Reset Settings on iPhone. 3) Delete device from phone settings menu on acura. 4) Re-sync device. This worked for me and others on the forum I read. Downside is that you lose all of your settings on the iPhone.
Hey, thanks a lot for this tip. I'll try it. Do you know if there's any way to back up my settings so I can restore them after I (hopefully) get the phone synced? Sorry to bother you....
2006 Acura TL and Iphone 6. Iphone 6 will pair and shows connected but will not answer phone or hang up phone. I have tried deleting all phone from the acura and setting up iphone 6 to no avail. I am hoping this is a software bug that will get fixed shortly. I really don't want to "reset all settings" on my iphone. I am going to erase iphone and try to restore from backup, delete all phones on the TL and then try to set it up again to see if this resolves the issue? Does anyone else have a better idea?
I just tried the solution that was recommended earlier, that is, that I
deleted my Settings. The phone has paired successfully and fully works with
my Acura TL 2011 audio system. I will now go and connect my iPhone to
iTunes and restore my settings. It's really not that big of a deal.

I am having trouble pairing my iPhone 6 with Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitors. Works great on my iPad with iOS 7. I have a friend who had this issue with his 5C. He got a fix from Apple. I will try and post if it works. Now I need to see if it will pair with my Ford Escape.
I did what ever everyone suggested, reset all setting, reset network setting, deleting from car memory. It's works fine after you reset it and reconnect to the car with fresh new connection at first, but after I power the phone off and turn it back on, boom the problem comes back. It's got to be a IOS 8 issue. I did this 3 times and I am getting sick and tired of it so I am going to restore and set up as a new iPhone from Itune and wait and see how Apple is going to fix this issue.
I have 3 cars and the Bluetooth is having the same issue on all of them, work first then no more even with the suggest tricks. I hate my iPhone 6 now.😠ðŸ˜

Oh I forget to mention, My wife's iPhone 5 with IOS 8 have no issue at all with all 3 of the car. Only my iPhone 6.
My iPhone 6 Bluetooth will not pair with either my Porsche Cayenne or Audi Q5. My wife's iPhone 5 with iOS 8 paired with both cars. I have not tried to pair the iPhone 6 with any other devices. I am calling Apple Care tomorrow. I hope this is something which will be fixed soon with an iOS 8 update. I am going to hold off on the suggested "fixes", as it seems these may only work temporarily.
So a quick update. Erased IPhone, restored from backup. Deleted Handsfreelink from Bluetooth settings on IPhone, the deleted all phones on the Acura, rebooted IPhone, turned car off, pulled key from ignition and opened the door. Started car back up and Iphone connected, made a test call and everything is now working as it should. Hope this helps you guys as well.

Try turning your iPhone completely off, wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
Looks like mobile phones will soon be disabled, or partially disabled when they're in motion anyway.
And they're not just talking about Texting.

I was having similar issues with my iPhone 6 and 2015 Acura TLX. Here is what I did - went to settings>general>reset>reset all settings. Once the phone reboots, went back to settings>general>reset>reset network settings. While the phone was rebooting, I went to my car and deleted all Bluetooth phone connections. After that, turned off the car completely. Switched the car back on, paired the phone again and now everything works like charm.
Hope this works for you guys.
Food for thought - I initially wiped my phone clean and restored to factory settings and it didn't work. So, before you restore everything you might want to try this.

I tried this, it initially worked, then problem came back. Did yours?
Sorry to hear that. I have not had any issues since my reset. What car are you driving?

This fix works for me only temporarily. Does anybody have a permanent fix? I'm tired of redoing my settings every time I fix the issue.
