iPhone 6 Plus Volume

I recently purchased an iPhone 6 Plus and I noticed that the volume when on a call is very, very low. I turned the volume all the way up and there is still no improvement. When I had my iPhone 5S, I was able to actually turn down the volume because it was loud. Is anyone else having this problem?

Device: iPhone 6 Plus

Capacity: 128GB

Color: Black/Space Grey

*Phone volume is normal when on a call through Speakerphone or BT connection. Volume level problem is only experienced when using the ear piece.

Me too, I tried almost everything, until I used a piece of facial cotton, with a few drops of alcohol(those for nail polish) and clean my earpiece. Now I have to tune down a little bit of my volume. You may try this, it might be some ash or dirt blocking the earpiece.

I am wanting to increase the incoming caller volume on my iPhone 6. I have turned off the noise distraction button in accessibility but no difference.

Same here, and the hearing aid mode does not seem to work either. It was perfect in calls up until the last iOS update, since then it's like a whisper. Come on Apple Why so slow at a fix???

im having the exact same issue its frustrating I have to use headphones all the time or the speaker.

Me too have same issue I tried all tricks as given in this forum but no success, my earpiece vomune has not improved, it's frustrating. Looks need to visit apple service Centre.

Oh, my God! I just peeled of that plastic protective film and speaker works perfect! I feel kinda stupid😂
