5s won't play videos with iOS 8

iI'm having an issue viewing videos on YouTube, Safari, Netflix, Facebook, Instagram etc... Is anybody else facing this problem?

IVe vey also noticed I can't preview music via iTunes.

I have a iPhone 6 on iOS 8.3 (original out the box)

ever so recently I can not play videos from YouTube or Facebook like I did before?

#HAS THERE BEEN A VIDEO-MEDIA UPDATE TO MEDIA SERVERS THAT OLD DEVICES CANNOT USE?

It may help to force close all open applications and reset your iPhone.
