I've got my iPhone 6 plus last friday (4 days ago), and just had the time to play around with it today. I figured out I have a large black spot on photos taken with the iPhone's back camera:
I've only uploaded a part of the image to make the spot better visible. Does anyone have a similar issue with his brand new iPhone 6 plus? I'm currently on the hotline for advice or replacement.

Perhaps a dumb question, but did you clean the lens to see if maybe there was something on it?
No worries. Yes, I did. The lens is clear, I've cleaned it carefully with an anti-static cleaning rag.

I am having the same issue with the camera. Black speck in photos on the iPhone 6.

Well, how odd is this: With the 8.0.2 update I made today, the spot is gone. Might also be that foreign object on the lense, if it was actually there, has just moved or something. However, fixed for me.
I have the same issue with the iOS 8.0.2
I have this issue as well. This ***** because I love my phone so much. I made an appointment to consult with a genius tomorrow to see about having this issue fixed. I just left galaxy for Apple just for the slow mo and other features of the camera. 😕😢

dust on lens. Take it in for replacement.
Hi Dear, the genius saw the spot and immediately gave me a new phone so please dont hesitate and make and appointment At your nearest Apple store. My problems are now resolved! 🙂

I belive that I have the same trouble with my iPhone 6 Plus. If you see the sky, you can view the spot. I'm living in Argentina, and here we dont have Apple Support Center. If i travel to Chile or Uruguay, do you know if they will change my iPhone or I have to travel to USA? Thank you.
Where did you purchase your phone? If you purchased it in the US, then yes, you will need to either send it to a friend you know in the US or come to the US yourself. iPhone warranty is not International, so warranty service is only available in the country of purchase.
If you purchased your iPhone in the United States, then it has to be serviced in either the U.S. or Canada.

When I talked by chat with Apple Support, they told me that I can go to any country with Apple support tech., but i wanna be sure with these for avoid any issue with a trip, an exclusive trip for fix the iPhone.
