iPhone 6 Plus Bending?

iin the Netherlands Apple have to give u a new one Everytime it bents. Because this is a manufacture problem and not a probleem cost by the owner.

Yeah except they have about a million stamped plus body's they are not just going to eat the loss for that. They will deny it until they get sued, just like the antenna. Remember that was our fault we were holding the phone wrong says Steve Jobs.

Doubtful. There are reports of ALL smartphone makers making phones that bend. Seems like the larger the phone, the more likely it is to bend. Samsung has some of the largest smartphones on the market. Just do a search and you'll find complaints about Samsung phones bending.

The first sentence from the report states: "Apple's new iPhone 6 may bend, but it doesn't break."

i spoke with Apple Aus support, they said they cannot guarantee it'll be covered under warranty if i walked into an apple store.

They said to email through their IMEI so they can assess it with their senior manager and get back to me.

how are they supposed to assess for bent phone based on IMEI without seeing the phone? 😕

Its in the law, apple must give u a new one if you didnt drop it bend it youself.

tthis law is in a lot of countrys. Even passed the 1 year warrenty Apple is giving.

if i had to go to a Apple store and didnt get a new one, i would just read them the law, just look it up. Every machine class has a law bind to it.

if a product isnt working rihet or isnt manufractured right, you have the rights to have a new one or They have 2 fix this and if thats the case,you have to get a loan iphone.

that are the rights of buying something thats 700 dollar or euros

If you are all worried the phone will bend, then take it back and get a refund. The video of the bend test was with so much force, I can't see this happening inside a pocket. You people will ***** and moan about everything. Apple can't win

I'm a powerlifter and I bench 210 kg's and I tried bending my iPhone 4s and I could not bend it.

I have a the 6 plus it came through yesterday. I'm now worried about the bending I think we just need a sterdy case for it

OtterBox or lifeproof people come on really ever phone they have put out breaks with ease and you expected this one to be different

Not it's not.

The "law" you are referring to covers manufacturers defect, not consumer abuse/misuse.

A smart phone is for making calls and using apps.

It is not designed or made to sit on.
